The overall dimensions and specifications are approximately 8000m in length, 1.4m in width, 1.76m in height, and 0.2m in height at the feed inlet
Heating section length 6.8m, feed inlet width 1.0m, feed length 0.6m, discharge length 0.6m
The inner container measures 6.8m in length, 1.0m in width, and 0.2m in height, with three temperature zones independently controlled.  
The temperature range is from room temperature to+200 ℃, adjustable and constant temperature.  
Temperature uniformity ± 2% ℃ (under constant temperature state, no-load test)
Instrument temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, heating rate ≥ 8 ℃/min
The heat source stainless steel finned heating tube is electrically heated and operated horizontally.  
Power supply three-phase five wire system, 380V, 50HZ. Equipped with independent control electrical box power (approximately)

Made of Q235T1.5 cold plate spray coating, bending and welding. Surface spraying treatment.  
Inner liner material 1 The inner liner is made of 1.5 thick SUS201 stainless steel plate with punched holes.  
Keep the inner container clean and dust-free, rust proof, and corrosion-resistant.
