3、 Application of Spray Coating Production Line
At present, there are three common types of coating production lines in the market: electrostatic powder coating line (referred to as electrophoresis line), impregnated paper layer coating line, and cathodic electrophoresis coating line. The advantage of electrostatic powder coating is that the coating has good uniformity and corrosion resistance, but it requires specialized power facilities for stable operation and relatively high maintenance costs. The impregnation paper layer method uses specialized paper as an adsorption medium to complete the entire coating process, and can achieve automated operation without the need for an external power supply. Therefore, low maintenance costs and excellent environmental performance are currently one of the commonly used methods.

1. Loading machine
The main function is to feed raw materials and deliver them to the machinery and equipment used in the next process. After entering the pre-processing machine, the material is conveyed to the feeder by the feeder, and then sent to the mixing chamber by the feeder for mixing before being sent to the drying room for drying before being sent to the next process for use.
